The bike path leads over a few kilometers through the tranquil Kleine Lautertal. There are information boards. In the middle of the Lautertal lies the small village Lautern with the inn, a few farmhouses and a small church. Then the cyclist can either continue on the road and has an unobstructed view of the broadening valley or he follows the forest path, which provides shade on hot days and can follow the river directly.
