The Kiesental is a wonderful valley that stretches from Bollingen almost to Blaustein. No road, only the finest gravel, make cycling a delight. The slope (coming from Blaustein) is moderate and easy to conquer. At the end of Bollingen you can cross towards Weidach (ascent) and descend into the little Lautertal or up to Bollingen and continue from there. There are no places to stop for a break.
