The Santner Pass refuge is located at an altitude of 2,734 meters in the Sciliar-Catinaccio Nature Park. It was built in 1956 and until 2022 it appeared as a small wooden shelter. It has recently been extended and the architecture has also been completely changed.
From here you have an amazing view from the Latemar, to the Ortles up to the Austrian and Swiss Alps.translated by

The new Santnerpass hut opened in July. A lot of wood in the interior makes the hut very modern, and the food is very good.

Very nice round trip. Start and finish at the Kölner Hütte. Sure-footedness, fitness and fitness for heights are absolutely necessary.
