Beautifully located Westphalian moated castle. The lovely inner courtyard is freely accessible. Bicycles should be parked outside the castle.

It is easily accessible by bike and is located near several signposted cycling routes. In addition, the terrain is well maintained and freely accessible, but you should leave your bike at the entrance, because these are not desirable on the complex.

A really nice moated castle, you can (without wheels) in the courtyard with garden or even around it, with beautiful views of the ensemble. Unfortunately, there is no gastronomy in the immediate vicinity, but the village of Welbergen, about 1.5 km away, offers guest houses where you can stop off.

Great facility. We were there with a wedding couple to take photos after a rain shower. The sun came through ... Photos top.

I dropped spontaneously today. So beautiful idyllic; always worth a visit. And even today with a concert that I listened to a little while on a bench outside.
