This hunting pillar was erected in 1739 in Hutha near
Hetzdorf in the Tharandt Forest.
In 1997 it was set up with historical forest boundary stones
from the 16th to 19th centuries.Forest boundary stones of the Tharandt-Grillenburg Forest.
To this day they serve as boundary markers for the
state forest area, which was under the control of the Elector until 1806
and from 1806 to 1918 of the Saxon royal family. Previously, the forest boundaries were marked with
