The Zrębice parish was mentioned as early as 1334. The current church stands on the site of the previous church and was built in 1789. However, the painting of St. Egidius dates from 1652. It comes from a nearby chapel.
The free-standing bell tower has bells dated 1632. These probably come from the previous church.
The interior is baroque.
The roof is covered with larch shingles.
The beam structure is provided with fox ornaments. The beams are boarded.
