Giani Boner Winery, Malans
At the winery in the center of Malans, they process exclusively grapes from their own vines. They use traditional maceration in tanks. Aging takes place in tanks or barriques. In their modern facility, they bottle and cork the wines: approximately 25,000 bottles of red wine and 5,000 bottles of white wine per year. Two-thirds of this is sold directly to private customers, some goes to upscale restaurants in the region, and a small portion to select wine merchants throughout Switzerland.
