Wikipedia: HISTORY:
After 1666 again Jews could settle in Sulzbach, they were granted in 1667 by Duke Christian August permission to build a cemetery on a plot in the so-called Erzhülle. In May 1668 the first burial was made with the funeral of Feustel Bloch. At the end of the 17th century a stone wall was built around the cemetery. In the 19./20. Century came it again and again to heavy damage by the cemetery operated mining of the Maxhütte. There are still 356 tombstones (Mazewot) on the 21.50-acre cemetery. The last funeral took place in 1936. In a cemetery desecration in 1972, many gravestones were overturned.

Sulzbach still has a synagogue. I don't know how active the church is. The Jewish cemetery is rarely opened for guided tours. He will definitely be taken care of.
