Mitsunari Jin'ya, also known as Yakage Jin'ya, was a magistrate's residence during the Edo period.

From 1600 until the Meiji Restoration, it functioned as a base for local rule. The first magistrate was Kobori Sakusuke Masakazu, and the area subsequently changed hands between the Edo shogunate and the Niwase domain. In 1699, it became the territory of the Itakura clan of Niwase domain, and their vassals were stationed there as magistrates, overseeing the territory within Oda County. At the end of the Edo period, the area housed various facilities, including a jin'ya where the magistrate and magistrate carried out government affairs, the magistrate's official residence, and upper and lower tenement buildings. In the Meiji period, the main gate (Yakuimon Gate) was sold to the Takakusa family of wakihonjin, and one of the tenement buildings was sold to the Fukutake family (Yokotani), and both still exist today.

In addition, in front of the gate was a storehouse where wheat, millet, and other crops were stored in preparation for famine.
