The organ builder Trampeli owe their fame not least to their construction in the succession of Gottfried Silbermann (1683-1753).
Without having been students of Silbermann, they took over its principles in the design of their organs. This is in the dispositions, the intonation, the techn. Construction and the housing design clearly.
With the death of Friedrich Wilhelm Trampeli 1832 the famous workshop went out. Since the city fire of 1904, the workshop buildings are no longer detectable.
