Heye See is not a legal vacuum
The Heye Lake is located in the “Husumer Geest” landscape protection area. In landscape protection areas, special protection of nature and landscape is provided for conservation and development. That's why noise, motocross riding, fires, grilling, camping and setting up caravans as well as illegal disposal of rubbish and rubble are prohibited. The owner is also prohibited from entering the lake property through appropriate signage.
