330-tonne boulder in the Krähe National Forest, a must for every school trip in the 1st - 3rd class. Nice rest area, nice stopover when mountain biking / hiking / jogging - as well as the few meters away Stöckser lake. The Giebichenstein is one of the largest boulders in northern Germany and lies there for a mere 250,000 years.
