At the site of the brick church once stood a half-timbered church. This was built in 1655. Proof of this was discovered in the baptismal font in the form of an old document.
Unfortunately, she had to be demolished because of dilapidation.
In 1908, according to the plans of architect Plathner, the new brick church was built.
