Beautiful path with lots of nature.
The path/trail on the southern shore of the lake is more of a single trail. You should be sure-footed and expect oncoming traffic in narrow places. There are slippery spots here and there, especially in wet weather.

But if you walk along here, you won't regret it visually. Amazing views of the lake actually invite you to linger. Really beautiful.

The north side is only partially walkable. A staircase leads to Herthastr.

One of the four artificially created lakes. At Hasensprung and the Koenigsalleebrücke, green areas open up to the Koenigssee and Herthasee, which, like the Dianasee and Hubertussee, are artificial in origin - unlike the Halensee in the north and the Hundekehlesee in the south of the villa colony. The building site was very swampy. To remedy this, four artificial lakes were dug out and the area around them was filled up.
