Of the many roads from Dresden to the west, this is not exactly the one with the least traffic. But at least you can really go for it downhill, it goes down at around 3-5%, without bends and on a wide, easily visible road. You just have to be lucky that the two pedestrian lights are green. Other routes uphill (to Pesterwitz or Ockerwitz) are more recommended.
