Below the Kienberg, the Wuhle has dammed into a broad wetland biotope and a wooden bridge leads here to the other shore. Here birds can be observed, which raise their offspring in the reed.

A nice contrast to the iron Wuhlesteg.
From the subway station Kienberg coming it is therefore worth z. For example, walk back and forth on the newly constructed iron wuhlesteg on this wooden bridge.

In addition to the “steel” Wuhlesteg, the second option is to cross the Wuhle in order to get from the cable car station or the Kienberg underground station to the “Gardens of the World” or to the Kienbergpark.
The next options are on Eisenacher Strasse or just after Rohrbruchpark in the direction of Cecilienstraße.

In a nutshell: here you come from Mahrzahn to Hellersdorf via the Wuhlebecken.
