Schwerin train station
Often only the princess lives in the palace. In Schwerin, the palace belongs to all train passengers. Behind the magnificent facade of the Wilhelminian building, travelers at Schwerin train station can see a tidy interior. Signage and information are exemplary,

Brief history of the train station:
1847: Schwerin receives its first rail connection with the line to Hagenow

December 2005: After three and a half years of modernization, the train station was officially reopened.
