The quietest variant between St. Peter and the Dreisamtal. Very little traffic and a small idyllic street. The last kilometers before St. Peter, however, the road rises significantly and becomes an uphill climb.

If you ride a bike with gravel tolerance, you can leave the currently (09/2020) fine asphalt at the end of the valley and switch to a fairly steep and rather coarse gravel forest road for a good kilometer, which leads you to the upper Ibental, where you will soon be back on good asphalt roads either to St. Peter or towards St. Märgen.
