About Albrecht
Bewegung macht für mich erst richtig Spaß, wenn sie an der frischen Luft stattfindet. Ob auf dem Rad, wandernd oder auf zwei Brettern mit Schnee darunter, Hauptsache draußen! Das schöne dabei ist, dass man so immer wieder neue Winkel seiner Umwelt kennen lernt und gleichzeitig seinem Körper Gutes tut.
