Hagsdorf is a small, idyllic part of the municipality of Hofamt Priel, located directly on the northern bank of the Danube. If you travel downstream from Grein towards Persenbeug, you will inevitably pass Hagsdorf. Here, the river looks almost like an elongated lake. The water is deep and the surface often mirror-smooth, making Hagsdorf one of the visually calmest sections in the Nibelungengau.
