Allzunah is a district of Frauenwald in the Thuringian Forest (Ilm-Kreis) with 27 inhabitants (2005). Allzunah is located directly on the Rennsteig in the biosphere reserve Vessertal-Thuringian Forest in the Thuringian Forest. In the village, the roads cross from Dreiherrenstein (Neustadt / Ilmenau) to the Rennsteigkreuz at Schmiedefeld (the Rennsteig) and the road from Frauenwald to Stützerbach.
