The Skanderbeg Tower is one of the most striking new construction projects in the center of Tirana. The building immediately stands out with its curved, sculptural balconies, which together form an abstract portrait of Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu, the national hero of Albania. From a distance, the facade seems to move: light and shadow make the face dynamic, as if it constantly reshapes itself as you get closer.
