From the starting point in Nemmersdorf it goes through the upper housing estate towards Goldkronach, over Sickenreuther Straße up to Goldberg. Downhill towards Goldene Aussicht and then over the Zoppatenberg to the sun temple with a view of Goldmühl. From here it goes back to the Goldkronach cemetery, up the tar road for a while and then immediately left. The robust ascent through a hollow alley on the Leisau ridge is now to be mastered. On the other side it goes down to Goldmühl, over the B303 to the next ascent over Kutschenrangen to Bärnreuth. From there a piece of the road along Heinersreuth to Hermersreuth. From here it goes down into the Ölschnitztal and then left. So that you can enjoy a wonderful view of the church on the opposite slope side of Stein Castle. Preferably left along the Ölschnitz along the Immermann-Weg, it goes through the Bad Berneck spa gardens and then through the village to the Galgenberg. This ascent is tough until you have overcome the Geseeser ridge and can enjoy the descent to Gesees. Via Leisau and Goldkronach it goes back to the starting point in Nemmersdorf.
