Tips

  • Torsten

The ascent to Kohlhaukuppe is relatively steep on all sides and requires a bit of fitness.
It is a popular excursion destination from Geising.
Depending on the impact resistance you use the paved forest road or rather the beautiful forest trails.

From up here you have a great view u.a. on the Geisingberg and the surrounding area.
In winter, the lookout tower is unfortunately closed.

The Baude invites Wednesday to Sunday 11 to 17 clock to stop.

The Baude is worth the somewhat arduous climb in any case: everything is prepared with garlic.

Nice view, whether from the tower or below. There is also a possibility for retreat and otherwise you can rest well on the benches

For the ascent to the small tower an obulus is expected.

Alone the climb is beautiful and then enjoy the view.

Beautiful view from the tower (adults 50ct, children 25ct) and delicious, garlic-dominated food in the Baude.
