The Große Breiberg (313 meters) is one of the worthwhile peaks in the Siebengebirge. Coming from the northeast via the Breiberg hut, the ascent is pleasant. A detour is suitable as a stopover on the Rheinsteig, which passes the Breiberg hut. The path from the Rhöndorfer Tal, on the other hand, is narrow, steep and extremely sweaty, but all the more rewarding, as it leads a nice piece over the ridge at the end and allows additional views of the Siebengebirge.
