Tips
The ascent to the Great Oelberg is fantastic, requires some stamina. Especially the last piece has it all. Once at the top there is a great view over the Siebengebirge and the Rhine. A break in the restaurant offers itself.

Exhausting but beautiful, if you want you can take the bus from Königswinter to the Magarethenhöhe. From then on there are not quite as many vertical meters.
