From here you have a great view over Königswinter and the Rhine. To rest and recharge your batteries ideally. There are restaurants and also the possibility to have a snack.

Very nice place with great views of the Rhine and the Rhine Valley. Recommendation: Do not go on weekends in fine weather. It is too crowded.

The Drachenfels, no matter what the season, is always worth a visit. Runherum there are several career opportunities. A cog railway will also bring you up or down.

You can do it, the view is great, but it is natural, and not surprisingly crowded, if you go to the weekend in the summer. If you do not like it, stay away or go on a weekday in spring or autumn. If you want, you can visit the Drachenfels but you will be alone in the woods after less than 20 minutes.

Danger. Eselsweg is currently closed (October 2017). The small detour is worthwhile. The view is terrific.

Even though some parts were closed, the climb is definitely worth it. The view over the Rhine is fabulously beautiful from up there.

Round really recommended. Many sights, such as the ruin, Drachenburg, the Reihn..in the middle we thought to give up, but then after a trip to the castle (museum) with our hiking stuff, it then went back through a beautiful forest. ;)

The ascent over the donkey trail has been closed for some time and is expected to remain so. However, you can walk on alternative ways (well signposted) on the Drachenfels.

Great climb with a very nice view from the top of the Rhine. Down it then went with the rack railway. Even dogs are allowed on the train.
