Another of the preserved towers in the brick defensive walls surrounding Chojna. Its name comes from the Middle Ages, when it was under the supervision of the bakers' guild, who most likely had their factories nearby. Both before the war and today, the street perpendicular to it is called Piekarska (German: Bäckerstrasse). Renovated in the 1970s, it currently serves as the headquarters of the local fishing club. Next to it stands a lookout. The tops of both buildings are covered with a saddle roof. The defensive walls that surrounded the city in the 13th-14th centuries have survived to this day in 50%, together with two gates and numerous lookouts.

The tower was built in the first half of the 14th century. Initially, it was open from the city side. In the 15th century, the tower was closed and used as a warehouse. A staircase was built on the north side. It was renovated several times, but until the 19th century it served as a warehouse. In the 19th century, it was adapted for apartments. Currently, it houses the seat of the fishing association.
