The Álvarez Quintero brothers -Serafín (1871-1938) and Joaquín (1873-1944) - were two Spanish writers born in Seville (Utrera). They were considered a curious case in literary production, because during their career they signed with the pseudonym "brothers Álvarez Quintero", even after the death of one of the brothers.
The Álvarez Quintero brothers worked as poets, journalists, storytellers and especially comedians, achieving great fame in every literary facet.
