Seiffen is mainly known as a Christmas village and is heavily visited in the winter months. "Real Erzgebirge" are not only the men, nutcrackers and candle arches, you can also buy cute Easter bunnies here, made according to traditional craftsmanship.
You can hike very well around Seiffen and in the winter months the well-groomed trails in the vicinity are also recommended.

Seiffen is not only worth a trip at Christmas time, the craft that has become rare is still learned here and you can buy many beautiful things

The health resort of Seiffen is definitely worth a trip!
Certainly - in the (pre)Christmas season, with an Advent atmosphere, this well-known, traditional place in the Ore Mountains is definitely extremely impressive. But it's also worth visiting outside of the Christmas season if you have enough time to see and marvel! 👍
