Instead of the Berlin Marathon, there will be a personal 2:01:39 h challenge in 2020: Run as far as you can within the current world record time of
Eliud Kipchoge, which he set up at the Berlin Marathon in 2018.The prescribed period is / was from Saturday, September 26th, from 00:01 am MEST to Sunday, September 27th, 11:59 pm MEST.Once again the sky over Berlin excited me! How fitting that Wim Wenders recently had his 75th birthday. The painted heart on the Tempelhofer Feld was a spontaneous decision - so "free to walk", without prior route planning.
My personal greeting to the Berliners and Berlin, where I've been at the start on the last weekend in September for years.
Let's hope for 2021 ... 👍

Today (almost) the whole of Bremen was on its feet: The 20th run "Auf zur Venus" took place - a charity run for the benefit of people affected by cancer. All the kilometers covered count: on foot, by bike, paddling, rowing and even on horseback. In the afternoon we were already hiking about 4.5 km.Unfortunately, I left late for my run today. (after the sandman - who today walked on a rainbow and joined the clouds of sheep) 😳The late start led to a run into the dark. Fortunately, I had my headlamp with me. 👍
The last picture shows the Weser Stadium in the background.

169 - 132 - 135 are no body measurements but the heights of 3 hills (don't want to call them mountains) in the Lüneburg Heath:
Wilseder Berg, Holzberg and Turmberg. The run was deliberately started in the late afternoon to let the heather work in the light of the evening sun.
Because of the many pictures, the run took much longer than planned, so it was already dark when I got back to the starting point. It was totally worth it! 👌
