Very beautiful, contemplative place. Should definitely be included in a hike. A highlight of hikes in the Rur valley near Monschau. From the Ravel path, the footpath leads slightly uphill, over partly stony ground. This path is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
Alternatively, the access path from the direction of the Ruitzhof exclave is unproblematic for people with limited mobility.
