Hiking
are an approximately 2.40 m high, multi-part iron sculpture by the Polish sculptor Zbigniew Frączkiewicz from 1996.
The figures, each weighing 600 kg, were intended to commemorate the struggle to preserve the steelworks⛓️-
around 10,000 people were employed at the Henrichshütte at that time.
Since the men stopped there,
there has always been great excitement about the muscles made of rust & their undeniable masculinity.
