The western half of this was rideable on my hybrid (37c slicks) but the eastern wasn’t. Still, a nice way to get down to the Loch Katrine road from the Statute Labour Road, and you get some good views. The shafts go down to the aqueduct which runs from Loch Katrine SW before turning SE along the western bank of Loch Chon, heading towards Glasgow.
