On May 24, 2023, the Lekplatsen memorial was inaugurated to mark the 400th anniversary of Sweden's first high school, Rudbeckianska High School. At the center of the memorial is Ann-Sofi Skdén's sculpture "The sky is our only roof!" The sculpture shows two young women on stilts reaching out to each other. Their hands meet in a balancing act. With the artwork, Sidén, one of Sweden's most influential artists, wanted to emphasize the importance of curiosity and play for learning. The red brick on the ground around the sculpture turns into a footpath and cycle path leading to Rudbeckianska High School. It symbolizes the "long red carpet" of young people's path into life.
