Tips

  • For climbers, the Burglesauer Wand climbing area with the three towers “Piz Beppo” (or “Winklerblock”), “Back Schüssel” and “Fellhorn” is a must.
On the same slope are the Stephans towers with some easier routes. On the opposite slope, the "winter side", there are some easy, but also some quite tough routes, such as the "fly roof".

  • Opposite the mountain rescue hut above Burglesau you will find some climbing rocks. But be sure beforehand, if it's not just bird breeding time. Because when rare bird species nest here, climbing is strictly prohibited.
