In 2017, the idea was born to continue the line of farmers of the Desonay family, anchored in the land of Clermont for generations, while giving it a radically new direction:
The planting of a vineyard on ancestral land.
We want to produce high-quality, sparkling and still organic wines without herbicides or chemical pesticides, while respecting the rich biodiversity of the site and helping to highlight the exceptional heritage of Clermont, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia.

Hiking

The vineyard Les Sarments is located in the centre of the village of Clermont (province of Liège) and in the middle of the bocage landscape. The vineyard enjoys a unique location, in the middle of an exceptional environment and biodiversity. The mineral wealth and the very special microclimate of this terroir create the conditions for a vineyard of high quality and wines with a remarkable typicity.
