Another great time spent in these magnificent forests of Hertogenwald and its surroundings. For nearly 2 km, the route follows the old Belgian-Prussian border from before 1920, the boundary stones of which are in a good state of preservation.

Suspended bridges: 2nd. 👍. Less high, therefore less impressive but it also oscillates 🥶. The first 3 kilometers are magnificent among the rocks. You feel tiny. The rest of the route is great too. I recommend it

Beautiful place for hiking with a rich collection of current and old border stones that demonstrate a rich historical past. And at the end of the route, superb landscapes in the middle of vineyards with, sometimes, what will give German wine or Alsace wine depending on the side of the road where it is located 😳
