Trimm-Dich Trail Hardtwald

he Trimm-dich-Path Hardtwald is located north of the Adenauerring between the Eggensteiner and the Linkenheimer Allee.
Three runs are signposted: 800 meters, 1,500 meters and 2,460 meters, with the latter not closed, so that the full round is 2,470 to 2,480 meters. Next to it there is a track sign every 100 meters for the first 500 meters. Along the big round there are eight trim devices at four stations.
The following devices are included in the big round:
1st station: two safety tackles and a balance course
2nd Station: (on the unpolished path of the middle round 20 m to the right of the main path). Cross bars for pushups and beam weight for squats
3rd station: pull-up bars at different heights
4th station: various tree trunks sunk into the ground, 50m further three rods at waist height
5th Station: Pull-up bars at different heights and three leg lift or dips stations
6th station: rope pulling, jump height and two rings to swing and miscellaneous
7th Station: balance bars
