The climb to the little church of San Lorenzo follows for a small part the ancient Roman road, a tangible sign of a place of worship already frequented in ancient times and via Romana, the original paving is still visible in some small sections, still in a sufficient state of conservation.

Hiking

An ancient Roman road characterized by sections of stone paving that are still excellently preserved. This mountain trail originally climbed from the slopes of Mount San Lorenzo to reach Frisanco via Forcella Claupa, the lowest pass in the morainic hills that slope down to the Meduna River. The mule track, marked by white and blue signs, climbs over rough terrain through wild, lush vegetation.
