The old road of Val Colvera

if you take the road that leads from Maniago to Frisanco or Poffabbro it is a quiet alternative and closed to car traffic to bypass the tunnel, some sections are slightly bumpy but still passable, the spectacle offered by the course of the COLVERA and the road set between the rocks they are fantastic!👍

To overcome the 2nd tunnel towards Frisanco and Poffabro, this metal walkway was built: very useful for safety, but requires you to get off your bicycle. If you have adequate lighting, the second tunnel can still be traveled on horseback, given that it is just a few hundred meters long.
The first, however, more than a kilometer long, must be covered via the old road that runs alongside it, asphalted, well maintained, spectacular from a landscape point of view... full of sporting events on the wall.

Very suggestive road to do by bike (gravel/mtb) or on foot.
