The Torre del Salvador in Teruel is an impressive example of Aragonese Mudejar architecture, built in the 14th century. This bell tower was erected next to the church of El Salvador and is known for its Almohad minaret structure, with two concentric square towers between which the stairs are located.
The tower stands out for its rich ornamentation, which includes mixtilinear arches, glazed ceramics in green and white colors, and decorative friezes. In addition, it is one of the few Mudejar towers that can be visited in Teruel, offering panoramic views from its bell tower.
In 1986, the Torre del Salvador was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, recognizing its historical and architectural value.
