Fantastic, track-free section of the Kirnitzschtal road, which stretches between the Lichtenhain waterfall and the turnoff to Ottendorf or Hinterhermsdorf. The tram bravely chugs its way up the hill to the waterfall - after that it's free ride for everyone who wants to enjoy the idyllic valley without railway tracks! Unfortunately, drivers also take advantage of the freedom and like to step on the accelerator a little harder. A real feast for the eyes, especially in autumn, thanks to the brightly colored leaves. And hey, the asphalt? It's in pretty good shape overall - so no excuses!
