Nice tour thanks to the dropbar crew. Since we unfortunately had to start later due to time constraints, we took the opportunity to refine the tour a little. Instead of the planned Lockwitztal, we drove over the highlands to Maxen to enjoy the sun and wind. In Glashütte, instead of the valley, we took the proper ascent towards Börnchen to escape the traffic here as well. From there it went on the planned route via Schellerhau to Freital, in order to turn there again to Gittersee. All in all it was a brilliant tour and the tour title was confirmed over and over again. A break by the warm stove in the Bärenklause let us forget the autumn temperatures. When the sun shone incessantly from Dippoldiswalde, there was no stopping me. Unfortunately, my passengers had to shorten the lap. I then rolled alone over the undulating high roads and through dense forests, in order to arrive very satisfied in Dresden in the afternoon.___

Short / short was too short, especially the 1.5 hours after sunset.
Before that, there was Fire Evening Deluxe with a wonderful sunset in the Bohemian highlands with grandiose views and empty streets. From Struppen there was again a lot of headwind, but somehow you still have to go home. Just why don't I listen to my own advice? Then I would have been spared the terrible rush hour in Pirna.

      Titz - Titz - Titz
Off to Terence Hill City in the best racing bike weather with sun, a little drizzle, of course head and tail wind and lots of photogenic clouds.
The streets and paths were generally rather empty apart from neuralgic points and of course the Elbe cycle path. In contrast to my tours in the Elbe Sandstone and Ore Mountains, there were no violent climbs today, instead there were constant ups and downs, which resulted in more than 1000 meters of altitude. After a short night, I also noticed in my legs that the Lommatzscher care is not a flat country. A short stopover offered itself directly on the market square in Lommatzsch at a street festival. The smell of freshly grilled food made me feel weak and a short break can't hurt. I actually didn't see the birthplace of Terrence Hill or drove past it. I am a bit surprised that it was not signposted, as there is even a museum about it right on the market square. The way back went through many small and large towns where the majority of the names ended in -titz, -litz, -nitz or -ütz. If that stopped, you knew straight away that you were out of care. All in all, a nice round to follow when things can be a little more relaxed.
