The Beech Cliff Loop Trail is a beautiful hike from the parking lot at the Beech Mountain Trail Head to the cliff above Echo Lake. There are wonderful views of the lake and beach as well as the eastern and southern mountains of Mount Desert Island.
We hiked the trail in early June when we climbed Beech Mountain from the Echo Lake parking lot and did a loop hike around the summit.
