About 300 meters west of the two rubble pyramids is a second installation by the two artists, Klaus Noculak and Hermann EsRichter, the so-called rail plateau. Here rusty railway tracks are arranged horizontally in a pattern in an elliptical surface and form a reference to the former industrial use of the colliery and thus also the dump

A little difficult to find in the maze of slag heap paths. Drive/walk from the double peak over to the side slag heap, turn left at the first junction and then you will see this art object, relatively hidden under the overgrown nature. It is a ground relief in the axis extension of the two spotlight locations. An elliptical area measuring 33 by 41 meters was laid out closely together using 5,500 meters of railway tracks. Artists: Hermann Es Richter from Oberhausen and Klaus Noculak from Berlin.
