    The Alte Münze is a building in the East Westphalian city of Minden in North Rhine-Westphalia. It was built around 1260. The house is considered the oldest stone house in Westphalia. [1] [2] The three-storey house is made up of sandstone blocks. It is provided with a stepped gable and Gothic tracery windows from the 13th century. They were only uncovered in 1928. In a phase of renovation at the beginning of the 17th century, the building was given an alignment and a portal of the late Renaissance.
