Neuburg offers just from the Danube one of the most impressive cityscapes that the river with its many glittering cities has to offer. Landing place for water walkers and promenade for Neuburger population is the Danube wharf with the pretty Fährmannsbrunnen, where every year in May, the well-known Fischerstechen - lance tournaments on fishing boats - take place.
