Most people go up to the snow line or visit the ice chapel. Very few people find their way to this spot. I think there will be a few people here, especially in summer, as it is really beautiful and you can go into the water with a fantastic view.

After the strenuous descent via the Saugasse, be sure to jump into the lake. That was the culmination of our 3-day hike. Then enjoy a cool beer in the beer garden near St. Bartholomä and the hardships are forgotten :-)
