The ascent to the Haberstein is worthwhile. But I like the view from Burgsteinfelsen even better. Nevertheless, one should not miss this one here. For dogs relatively steep.

The Great Haberstein is a great viewpoint that should not be missed. The view or all-round view is better from the Burgsteinfelsen, but this is in no way inferior. The steps are relatively small and a bit more difficult for big feet and dog paws, but worth it

The first viewpoint on the trail from Wunsiedel. Beautiful view over the Fichtelgebirge.

The Great Haberstein (848 m) is a protected natural monument. A staircase with a magnificent view of the Röslautal valley and the mountains of the Fichtelgebirge leads up to the highest rock face.

Beautiful vantage point with view to the Ochsenkopf. You should bring some time because the nature around the Haberstei is something very special due to the climate ☺

Going uphill is worth it, the vantage point also invites you to take a break.

In my opinion, the most beautiful vantage point on this tour. Great view of Schneeberg, Ochsenkopf and Kösseine.

848 m asl Berg im Kösseinestock with a great rock castle, first mentioned in 1393 when describing a border; Name interpretation still unclear. It is 100 m north of the Höhenweg from the Luisenburg restaurant towards Kßeine. Wooden stairs have led to the highest pulpit rock since 1879; Views of the mountains of the Fichtelgebirge and the inner plateau.
